Vic Tokai

I was pretty disappointed when I found out that video game publisher “VIC TOKAI” was not, like, a guy named Vic Tokai, but instead a subsidiary of the Tokai corporation dubbed Valuable Information & Communication. In memorium of the never-was Mr. Tokai here’s the mental image I’ve had of him:
